ABOUT US
About the podcast
Welcome to the Back In My Day podcast, where we celebrate the life stories shared by aged care residents. Created by E4 Recruitment, we’ve been placing aged care workers in facilities across Australia. Our dedicated nurses often share heartwarming anecdotes from the residents they support, showcasing the extraordinary lives they have lived.
These inspiring narratives have motivated us to capture the life stories and wisdom shared, whilst also providing valuable insights for families navigating the journey to aged care. By listening to the firsthand experiences and advice of residents transitioning to care facilities, we strive to offer a deeper understanding of the aged care experience.
Hosted by Edward Freeman, Co-Founder & Director of E4 Recruitment, the podcast is thoughtfully recorded in the residents’ familiar environment. Join us as we delve into the life stories of residents and help shape a clearer understanding of aged care.
